Serenity Parties ( a serene evening for all)
Serenity Evening ...£40 per party (max five people) ask for details on larger groups.
Relaxation, Reflection and Reiki
7.00pm ... Everyone settles down and listens to a short story that’s full of interest and inspiration.
7.20pm ....a gentle and inspiring relaxation then starts using a relaxing and calming meditation and guided imagery session.
7.40pm BREAK
8.00pm onwards ....A reflection, a guided short meditation on the chosen word of the day “peace” “personal power” “ideas” “guardian angel” for example..
8.20pm Each person can now in turn enjoy a private 20 min session of reflection using Runes, Angel Cards or Colour Ribbons or enjoy a 20 min Reiki session.
10pm approx finish...
Of course you can add to the evening’s ambience with your own candles and incense as our insurance doesn’t cover us to burn ours in your home ...but we will bring music, cards and all other equipment required.
