We all know that coffee is supposed to be bad for the heart, and good for getting you buzzing, but did you know its being used in foot soaks too?
Apparantly coffee foot soaks are being used to revitalise feet ! Sounds like some bored office worker thought she would get something out of the day !
If you want to try it and you havent any adverse contra indications to coffee or peppermint try this mix....
Quarter bowl of warm not hot water...added to which is ...
Two cups of coffee ( not instant) cooled down OF COURSE !
Three drops of peppermint essential oil( add some marbles too at the bottom of the bowl to massage and soothe tired tootsies )
I have tried it , and I like it . You need proper coffee though, ALDICAF wouldnt work anywhere near as good! :)

Last night was the festival of Beltane. It marks the death of the winter sun and the birth of the summer. The weather here in the North East hasn't yet caught up with the idea but I'm sure it will soon!
Beltane marks the return of vitality, of passion. Ancient Pagan traditions say that Beltane marks the emergence of the young God into manhood.
SO... maybe try having flowers in your hair, painted on you body or just around the house. Let's use this time to enjoy the scents of flowers, the sounds of nature and the taste of honey.AND of course , the fertility section always enjoy your recognition , so maybe try a little sweetness tonight !
And of course , today is May 1st.... why not watch the video.>>>
The May pole was a focal point of the old English village rituals. Many people would rise at the first light of dawn to go outdoors and gather flowers and branches to decorate their homes. Women traditionally would braid flowers into their hair. Men and women alike would decorate their bodies.Beltane marks the return of vitality, of passion.
